Q1: What’s your minimum order quantity?
A1: Our MOQ is 50 pieces. For smaller quantities, we can negotiate based on your specific requests, and we also support custom designs tailored to your needs.
Q2: Can you do OEM or ODM for me?
A2: We accept all OEM/ODM orders. Simply contact us and share your design details. We’ll provide a competitive price and prioritize sample production for you as soon as possible.
Q3: Do you provide size chart?
A3: Yes. We offer a detailed size chart for each item you order, as we have an in – house professional pattern designer to ensure accuracy.
Q4: Can you print our logo on the product?
A4: Definitely. Just send your logo design to us for sampling. We’ll handle the printing process professionally.
Q5: Do you provide samples?
A5: Yes. You can purchase a sample to better understand our product quality. Once you place a bulk order, we’ll refund the sample cost.
Q6: What’s the lead time for the customized samples and how do you charge?
A6: Normally, sampling takes 7–10 days. The sample cost is USD 50 per piece.
Q7: What is the lead time for bulk orders?
A7: It depends on your order quantity. For regular OEM/ODM orders, production lead time is approximately 15–25 days. Ready – to – ship (RTS) products can be dispatched within 7 days.
Q8. What’s your monthly capacity?
A8. With 5 production lines, our monthly output reaches around 100,000 pieces.
Q9. How do you control your quality?
A9: ① We have an experienced QC team. ② We conduct in – house tests or send fabrics and trims to accredited testing institutions before production. ③ During production, each production line has dedicated QC staff to monitor quality. ④ Before packing, a final quality check is carried out, and each piece is inspected by a metal detector.
Q10: What is the shipment and how do you charge?
A10: We usually ship via Fedex or DHL, with delivery in about 5–7 days. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, volume of your goods, and the destination.
Q11: What are your payment terms?
A11: Our payment options include T/T, Western Union, and MoneyGram. For sample orders, PayPal is also acceptable. Additionally, we support Alibaba Trade Assurance for secure transactions.
Q12: How about your After – sales service?
A12: If there are any quality issues, please notify us within 7 days. We’ll cover rework costs or arrange new productions for you promptly.
